Join us for “E-Discovery Decoded: A Practical Workshop Series for Legal Professionals.” Learn from experts in the field of e-discovery in this practical e-discovery CLE program and earn 3.0 Technology credits to satisfy the Florida Bar’s new CLE requirement. During this seminar, local attorneys will present vignettes involving e-discovery issues. The esteemed panelists and attendees will then analyze and discuss these scenarios and how to properly address the given issues.
The panelists include: the Honorable Mac R. McCoy, United States Magistrate Judge (Fort Myers); the Honorable Amanda Arnold Sansone, United States Magistrate Judge (Tampa); Carlos Baradat, a local attorney and e-discovery adjunct professor at Hodges University; William Hamilton, University of Florida Law’s E-Discovery Project; and Woody Pollack, a partner at Greenberg Traurig (Tampa).
The Florida Bar approved 3.0 Technology credits for this presentation. Paralegals are welcome to attend.
