The Southwest Florida Federal Court Bar Association presents a free two-hour seminar on the intricacies of courtroom procedures, professionalism, and etiquette for lawyers and soon-to-be lawyers.  The seminar will be two parts.

A distinguished panel of local federal and state court judges will discuss their expectations and requirements of attorneys who appear before them.  They will also provide do’s and don’ts for courtroom decorum and civility.  A second panel of local trial lawyers will discuss courtroom procedures, highlight local rules, and offer tips on appearing in court.United States Magistrate Judge Mac R. McCoy will moderate both panels.

This must-not-miss seminar will offer invaluable insight and tips to all lawyers and soon-to-be lawyers, especially those who practice in Southwest Florida.
