Florida’s Tort Amendments—One Year Later
On August 26, 2024, Fed Bar hosted a comprehensive panel discussion on Florida’s 2023 Tort Amendments. The allstar panel consisted of Judge Kyle Dudek, Judge Kyle Cohen, PJ Scheiner, John Miller, and Alex Brockmeyer. Dawn Maselli moderated.
